Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply when you ask Road Buddy Warwickshire Ltd to carry out mobile tyre fitting, car battery replacement, a jump start, roadside assistance or vehicle recovery, and to your use of this website. Please read them before booking.

About us

Road Buddy Warwickshire Ltd, 13 Bath Place, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV31 3AQ. Telephone 01926 293333 or 07852 205378. Email roadbuddywarwickshire@gmail.com.

The services we provide

We provide mobile tyre fitting and tyre supply, car and van battery replacement, jump starts, roadside assistance and vehicle recovery, together with wheel balancing at our Leamington Spa premises.

We only carry out the work agreed with you. If, on arrival, the vehicle needs work outside what we offer, we will tell you and, where we can, explain what the appropriate next step would be.

Booking and agreement

A booking is made when you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email and we confirm that we will attend. Enquiries made through this website are requests to be contacted and are not confirmed bookings until we reply.

You must give us accurate information about the vehicle and its location. If the details you give are wrong or incomplete, we may not be able to bring the correct parts or complete the work on that visit.

Attendance and timing

Any time we give for arrival is an estimate based on our current workload, your location and traffic and weather at the time. Estimated timings are not guarantees and are not contractual commitments. If something changes, we will keep you informed.

Prices and payment

We give you clear pricing before work begins. If the work needed changes once we are with the vehicle, we will tell you what that means for the price and get your agreement before continuing.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Access, safety and site conditions

We can only work where it is safe and lawful to do so. We may decline to start or continue work if the location, traffic, weather, lighting or the condition of the vehicle makes it unsafe, or if access to the vehicle is not possible.

You must make sure we have permission to attend and work at the location, and you should follow any safety instructions we give while we are working.

Your vehicle

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to instruct work on it. Please remove valuables and personal items before recovery. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear or damage, or for problems that come to light as a result of the work but were not caused by it — for example seized, corroded or previously damaged components.

Parts and products

Tyres, batteries and other parts we supply are new unless we have expressly told you otherwise. Where a manufacturer provides a guarantee with a part, that guarantee comes from the manufacturer and is subject to its own terms. We do not offer any separate guarantee beyond what has been agreed with you in writing.

Changing or cancelling a job

If you no longer need us, please tell us as soon as you can so we can stand the vehicle down. If we have already travelled to you or obtained parts specifically for your vehicle, we may charge for the costs reasonably incurred up to that point. Any such charge will be discussed with you.

We may cancel a job if we cannot attend safely or if we cannot obtain the correct parts. In that case you will not be charged for work that has not been carried out.

Your consumer rights

Where you deal with us as a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to expect services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill and goods to be as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms removes or limits those rights.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to your statutory rights as a consumer, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with any part of the work, please contact us as soon as possible on 01926 293333 or at roadbuddywarwickshire@gmail.com so we can look into it and put things right where we can.
