Road Buddy started as a mobile tyre fitting service, and the vans are still out across Warwickshire and the Midlands every day. But the shop at 13 Bath Place is the base for everything: it's where tyres are stocked, where wheels get balanced, and where the trickier jobs get sorted.

If you can get your car to us, coming into the shop is usually the quickest and cheapest way to get new tyres, especially if you need more than one fitted or want your wheels balanced at the same time.

Not every car needs the most expensive tyre on the shelf, and not every budget tyre is a false economy. We stock across all three tiers and talk you through the difference before you commit.

Most common sizes are in stock, so if you call ahead or book online we can usually fit you in the same day. Less common sizes — larger alloys, some van fitments, older or unusual cars — may need to be ordered in, and we'll be upfront about the wait rather than promise something we can't deliver.

Bring a punctured tyre in and we'll take it off the wheel, inspect the damage from both sides, and tell you honestly whether it can be safely repaired or whether the tyre needs replacing. Small, straightforward punctures in the tread area are often repairable; damage to the sidewall or shoulder, or a tyre that's been run flat or is already worn down, usually isn't.

If your car came fitted with run flat tyres, we can supply and fit replacements, and we'll explain the trade-offs versus switching to conventional tyres. Run flats generally can't be repaired once deflated, so replacement is the usual outcome after a puncture.
